Freedom of Information Act 2000

The above act provides for the provision of certain records of Town and Parish Councils. The list below is the statutory requirements of Buntingford Town Council in providing information.
The Clerk's Office is normally willing, subject to the Data Protection Act, to provide other information wherever possible.
In addition, the Council has adopted a number of policies in accordance with government guidelines. Most of these may be viewed on-line by under "Download Forms" on  the "Useful Links" page.
